For Sellers, I assist in determining a strategic listing price through market analysis, make recommendations for staging to showcase your home’s most appealing features, market your home to reach a maximum audience of potential Buyers, and work to facilitate this process to a smooth and painless closing.

For Buyers, I search for homes that meet the your desired criteria as they enter the market; or are coming soon, through an expansive network of fellow agents throughout our community. I will strongly negotiate on your behalf and work with you through the home showing, pre-approval/loan process, inspection, appraisal, and finally to the closing table.

I am originally from Maine, but my family and I have lived in the North Fulton area for over 30 years. I currently reside in Woodstock and love the walkable lifestyle in this growing bustling town. My husband and I are very proud parents of two young adults and two beloved dogs (a cockapoo and aussie doodle). Outside of real estate, I spend my time entertaining family & friends, cooking, and traveling.
